It’s Got magnesium 144 milligrams, eltheanine 250 milligrams, and apagenine 50 Milligrams. says that these are Vegetable cellulose capsules, GMP Certified, non-GMO, and lab tested. You’ll see that the bottle is safety Sealed on the top, safety sealed inside, Cotton on top to prevent moisture Buildup. And you’ll see that the package Is almost completely filled with the Capsule, so there’s not a lot of plastic Waste, which I really like. Since the Serving size is four capsules, you’ll See that they’re not too big. They’re Not big giant capsules by any means. There’s no apparent medicinal smell at All. Smells almost like nothing. You can Take the capsules by themselves or you Can open them up and put them in water, Whichever way you prefer. You can go Ahead and open them Up and put them inside of your water to Go ahead and dissolve. We find it’s easier to use a milk Frother to go ahead and do
It. So, it has almost no flavor Whatsoever either. You can feel a little Bit of the particulates as it goes down. Uh, but it doesn’t have a bad medicinal Taste. Doesn’t have a bad smell at all. It’s pretty much flavorless and Odorless, which is pretty nice if you’re Going to be taking it by water. If You’re going to be taking it by pill, we Actually found a little bit of a swallow Secret. Uh you just take your water and Instead of throwing your head back, you Throw your head forward and it’ll Actually go up to the top and easily Swallow for You. Down nice and easy with no Flavor and not hard to get down at all. So, I’ve tried the Dream capsules for The last two days, and I found that for Me, the powder, mixing the powder in the Water was a lot more effective. Uh, I Was able to, uh, feel the effects after About 30 minutes. When I actually took The four capsules, I felt a little bit Full when taking it because you got to Take the four capsules and the water. And it took about an hour for me to go Ahead and feel the effects. So, I’m Definitely going to be choosing to mix It in the water every day when I take my Other capsules and vitamins. Both days, I woke up rested and refreshed. The Dream capsules are definitely going to Work for our needs.
