On the back cover, you can See that it shows everything that’s Going to be given here in the book. 120 Days, no fuss meal plans, 50 Mouthwatering, budget friendly recipes, Smart strategies for sharping like a Carnivore ninja, and tips to crush Cravings, fix your mindset, and stop the Yo-yo dieting forever. It’s got a full Color cover just like it has full color On the inside. You can see that the Cover is not glossy. It’s a matte Finish, so it’s not super shiny. Inside, We have a full table of contents showing All the chapters and what is included Inside. And you can see that they have Quite a few chapters and quite a few Recipes all laid out with easy Descriptions and including page numbers. I love how every chapter starts off with A big picture and a grayscale title for What you’re going to be working with in That chapter. I love throughout the Chapters they actually have quotes from Studies showing information comparing to What they’re telling you in the book. They also have several Tables in each chapter to go ahead and Outline what they are talking about.
They include graphs and data, which I Love. They include a 120day meal plan For two meals and a dessert or optional Snack, which is great so that there is No guesswork and it keeps things mixed Up for you so that you don’t get a lot Of redundant meals eating the same Thing. And then of course, I love the Color images on almost every single page Showing you what the food is going to Look like once it’s cooked. So, it gives You a little bit of inspiration on what You’re going to be eating. Every single Recipe gives you the title. It gives you The ingredients that you’re going to be Using and the instructions on how to Prep it. My favorite recipes in here are The Primal Pizza Crust. And you can’t go Wrong with the crispy pork rind cinnamon Churro bites. I love this one most of All. The Carnivore Diet Cookbook for Beginners on a budget is definitely Going to work for our needs.
