Today we are looking at the offset door Hinges. This is the 5/8 radius and for 3 And 1/2 in doors by KBH applications. You can see that it fits 1 and 38 to 1 And 3/4 in thick doors. The hinges come wrapped in plastic also With some paper in between. You can see Here that it actually has a double side For the hinge. And what this is supposed To do, it’s supposed to bring your door Back a little bit so that it actually is Almost flush with the door frame so that You have more space when you’re going in And out of the door frame so that you Don’t bump yourself or hit yourself, Especially when you have smaller doors. This is pretty hefty construction. It’s It’s pretty heavy in hand. This one here Is really wellm made. You can actually See the pin for the hinge itself. When You order inside the box for the hinge, You’re going to go ahead and get the Screws to go ahead and install them. You Also get the grease so that you can go Ahead and grease the hinges to make sure That you don’t have any squeaking Because you know that hinges are Notorious for squeaking. And you will Also get the door stoppers so that you Can go ahead and stop the new place
Where the door handle will be coming for When you’re opening the door. So, on the hinges themselves, you want To go ahead and make sure that you Grease all the connectors. So, you just Take your grease right here, and it has A little fine tip where you’re able to Apply it. And you can go ahead and just Grease each one. Grease each one like so On the inside and the Outside. Flip it over. Grease the other Side. And you can throw a little bit on The bottom if you want. So, what we’re going to Do so we can get a nice squeak free Use. The screws are full thread Phillips Head connectors. They’re all the same Size, and you get enough to go ahead and Cover all the holes. The door stopper Pads are rounded on the outside. And Then on the back, you can see they’re Super sticky, so they can go ahead and Stick in any location that you need to Put them.
