Today we are looking at the Trager Grill And Smoker cookbook it says ”Learn to Spot premium cuts like a butcher and Grill them like a pitmaster this one Here is by Daniel Truman it says full Color edition.” The back cover shows the Title again and you’ll see that this is A glossy cover so it’s nice and shiny it Has a table of contents of what each of The chapters is my favorite chapter is Definitely chapter 3 with choosing Pellets and it’s got a ton of Information on how to actually choose Pellets i did not know all this Information and it actually helps you Really be able to choose a way to be Able to change the taste and texture of Your meat which is pretty interesting Most importantly the flavor of the Pellets change the flavor of the meat Which I love there’s a whole section on How to choose the different cuts of meat And how to be able to get a better Quality meat at a better price i love That there are full color pictures all The way through the book every chapter Has a picture and a call out telling About what the chapter is going to be And these recipes are very well laid out So you’ll see it has the recipe the Recipe title how long it’s going to be What ingredients are inside how to serve It and how to cook it on your Trager Grill as well as the nutritional facts

At the end for those who count their Calories and carbs my favorite recipe by Far was the smoked brisket queso dip This one here has a lot of great Ingredients and tells exactly how to Make it i really like that it does have The four-week meal plan with having all The recipes broken down for lunch and Dinner so you can just go ahead and use Your Trager grill exclusively which is Pretty cool we’ve got 120 recipes here Inside the book and we are super excited To be able to make a ton of these the Trager Grill and Smoker cookbook is Definitely going to work for our needs
