Today we are looking at the grind guard Teeth grinding mouth guards this is an Eight pack from a US company and this Says on the box ultimate night Protection it says dentist approved BPA Free also says instantly molds to teeth For maximum comfort and protection it Quickly describes the steps here on the Box you got to put boiling water let it Cool for 1 minute after that submerge it In the water with a fork wait for 30 Seconds put your hand in cool water so You don’t burn your hand then you’re Going to go ahead and shake and remove Any excess water you’re going to align The bite with your teeth in a mirror Before you actually bite down you’re Going to suck the air and water from the Mouth guard into the mouth whilst Massaging the front of the lips and Sides of cheeks molding mouth guard Against your teeth after that you want To go ahead and run the mouth guard Under tap water for 5 to 10 seconds Completing the molding process this is a USB based company coming out of New York Now this is something I was not Expecting it actually has two kinds here It’s got a mm standard and 6mm heavy Duty and you’ll see here they have four Of the standard and they have three of The heavy duty it also comes uh with a Grind guard case so that you can go Ahead and put it in there and you’ll see

Here that these are actually really Really thick for the heavy duty at the 6 Mm and then for the 3mm the standard uh They’re actually clear and a lot thinner So that’s pretty awesome so you can go Ahead and make both of them and you have Backups now the funny thing is is I Actually went to the dentist me and my Wife both went to the den Dennis and They said you need a grind guard very Similar to this and they were going to Go ahead and charge $200 for one to Create one just like this because They’re going to take the time to mold It for you and all that kind of stuff Right here you can make it yourself and Have lots and lots of backups just in Case you grind through them or you lose Them this one here is a no-brainer for Me and just in case you’re guessing you Can see right here both of them they Tell you uh which one’s going to be Which 3mm is the see-through 6 mm is the One that’s not as see-through all right You see this guy steaming we’re going to Go ahead and throw that in there for 30 Seconds you can hold it down with a fork If need Be just like that keep it submerged Under the Water you’ll see after it done it Actually conforms completely to your Teeth and all the crevices and once You’re done you’re able to go ahead and

Put that inside your grind guard case And it’s ready to use each night so that You no longer have to worry about Grinding your teeth super excited about This one it’s definitely going to work For our needs
